Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
We understand that plans change and that you may need to have someone else attend in your place. Just let us know as much ahead of time as possible.
What is the refund policy?
We are unable to issue refunds. You may, however, transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please send an email to Pat@issmm.org if you need assistance.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is ample free parking on site.
